ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED!! We were referred to Precision by a friend who recently had garage work done. Alex was not only knowledgeable and professional but he was friendly and extremely customer focused. He explained all the options we had, explained workings of both motor and garage door and then completed a thorough job of installing a new Spring and Rollers!! Alex did not come on time he actually called and came early. He did a review of our garage door opener and asked what I thought I wanted to do. Told him I wanted a new opener and he gave me the costs for various options, I selected a belt driven one and it was then installed by Alex in a couple of hours. The door now opens and closes so quietly you don't know it is operating. Alex reviewed the entire system with me and all was good. I would recommend Alex to do any work on our garage door.
