I had Alex Reich, technician. He was absolutely 5 stars. I had an annual inspection done in 1/2017 on my rental so I only needed some remotes programmed but he answered all my questions about a possible new opener in the near future for my own residence. He showed me how to properly lubricate the door and spring and he was not a hard sell for replacing my existing opener at the rental. Would definitely recommend Precision for garage door needs.

I was very pleased with the prompt service and advise. Alex was not one bit pushing after I said not now after recommending new springs as a proventive measure. Their service call charge of $29.95 plus $10 fuel charge sure beats a $75 service charge that I was quoted by another company. I would definately refer them to family and friends.

Alex was the technician who repaired my garage door . He was efficient and knowledgeable. After identifying and repairing the problem, he also suggested replacing my rusty rollers with nylon rollers for more effiicentcy and a quieter door. I was most pleased with his service .

Alex is very professional, very well versed on what needed to be done, plus various options to choose from. He was quick, precise, and showed me what he had to do. Really nice, he showed me how to check things, how to lubricate the rollers, hinges, (and even advised me that if I wear glassed, (I do) how to approach and spray.) Now that is SERVICE!! He even started to rearrange the "stuff" in the garage that I moved so he would have room to work. I would ask that you double my choice to 10 stars!! Will I recommend your service?
