Upon encountering a mysterious failure way early morning hours I found the sticker listing your 866 "24-hour Service Number", called it at 4 AM and a great guy named Tim answered and after just a bit said a service rep would be at our place the afternoon of that same day. Your man did arrive shortly after noon and adjusted a few items re the belt drive - and then said it would be no charge! What a great garage door company!!! And it appears a subsequent $0.00 invoice has now been mailed, just to verify the serviceman's statement. Kudos to Precision Garage Door Co.!

This company is top notch. A far cry above the rest! Matt called ahead & arrived early, thank you. He explained my options for a new opener & the cost involved. He removed the existing chain-driven opener & replaced it with a MUCH quieter belt-driven one. He was very well organized, he walked me through the steps involved & completed the installation in about one hour. Finally, he lubricated the spring, wheels & door hinges. The outdoor keypad was a welcomed addition. Thanks Matt & Precision Service.

Precision's service was excellent, from the initial phone call to them to the Service person that performed the work on our garage door. He priced what I requested and recommended some additional work that was needed on our older door opener.
