Garage spring broke. Bummer. Chose Precision based upon Reviews. Made a same day appointment. Technician, Fisher, showed within the promised window. He explained my old system and, clearly, explained his new one as well as pricing. Finished within a hour and everything works as new. Would also add that Fisher reflects credit upon himself and Precision. While not happy about the need for repair, experience was exceprtional.

Called Precision Door at 6:00 a.m. because my door would not go back down and someone actually answered the phone that early!! They sent Fischer out to look at my doors at 8:00 that same morning. He was very professional and told me what the problem was with our doors. We asked him to replace several parts on our doors and he worked several hours and got it all fixed. He explained everything he was doing and took the time to program our keypads too. He is a great technician . Thank you for everything.

The house we purchased had a garage door serviced by Precision. Last year the springs broke and you came out and replaced them and gave our parts a tune up. Our garage door (25 years old) started making horrible noises and shaking to the extent that we parked our vehicles on the driveway in case we could no longer open and close the door. It was a good thing that we did that because all of a sudden the door wouldn't budge. We called your company after scanning the options in our area and read the glowing reviews. It was after hours when we called but we left the message with a very polite lady. The following morning I had an email saying someone would be at our house that afternoon. Fisher arrived around 2-2:30 after calling first. He inspected the problem and then wrote up three options and explained each one clearly and the benefits of each one to us. After choosing the option that we felt was the best scenario for us, he worked on our door for 4 hours bringing the door and it's operation back to better than new condition. We were impressed by his knowledge and his work ethic. He kept on task and was polite, and answered all of our questions. We were totally impressed by him and his work, and with the prompt response from your company. We will definitely recommend Precision to our friends.
