We could not open the garage door due to a broken spring. It was great to have such a quick response. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough and presented three options for repair. We chose the most expensive option which involved pretty much a complete overhaul (except for the motor) and a seven year guarantee. We will certainly recommend Precision to friends and neighbors.

Our spring broke and Precision dispatched Fischer to come to our house a few hours later. Within an hour and a half he replaced two springs, the rollers and cables and had us operating better than before! The small adjustment on my belt haunted me and I lived in fear of it falling on my car every time I opened it. I expected to spend at least a couple hundred on the repair. Our 22 year old garage door opener finally quit so began my search. After reading your company's ad and the many positive customer reviews, I decided to call. I was able to make an appointment for my day off with a window of 10 to 2. Your technician, Fisher called me that he was on his way, arriving promptly at 10. We went over the issues, he did his inspection then offered me 3 estimates to choose from. I decided to go ahead with his full recommendation to install a new opener, spring and door rollers. The end result after all his hard work, I couldn't be more pleased. He was very professional, good work ethic, too. Definitely an asset to your company. Thank you for a job well done!

Garage spring broke. Bummer. Chose Precision based upon Reviews. Made a same day appointment. Technician, Fisher, showed within the promised window. He explained my old system and, clearly, explained his new one as well as pricing. Finished within a hour and everything works as new. Would also add that Fisher reflects credit upon himself and Precision. While not happy about the need for repair, experience was exceprtional.

Called Precision Door at 6:00 a.m. because my door would not go back down and someone actually answered the phone that early!! They sent Fischer out to look at my doors at 8:00 that same morning. He was very professional and told me what the problem was with our doors. We asked him to replace several parts on our doors and he worked several hours and got it all fixed. He explained everything he was doing and took the time to program our keypads too. He is a great technician . Thank you for everything.
