Great company. They came out next day and earlier than expected. After initially thinking it was a part, Fisher rebooted the motor and removed an LED bulb and got everything working again. Saved me hundreds of dollars just because he took an extra minute to try something that resolved the problem. Kudos!!

I’ve been using Precision for many years. My garage door wasn’t staying closed. I tried to fixit to no avail. Called Precision and they were out the very next morning. We could not open the garage door due to a broken spring. It was great to have such a quick response. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough and presented three options for repair. Our spring broke and Precision dispatched Fischer to come to our house a few hours later. The small adjustment on my belt haunted me and I lived in fear of it falling on my car every time I opened it. I expected to spend at least a couple hundred on the repair. Our 22 year old garage door opener finally quit so began my search. After reading your company's ad and the many positive customer reviews, I decided to call. I was able to make an appointment for my day off with a window of 10 to 2. Your technician, Fisher called me that he was on his way, arriving promptly at 10. We went over the issues, he did his inspection then offered me 3 estimates to choose from. I decided to go ahead with his full recommendation to install a new opener, spring and door rollers. The end result after all his hard work, I couldn't be more pleased. He was very professional, good work ethic, too. Definitely an asset to your company. Thank you for a job well done!

Our tech Fisher called prior to arrival. Arrived on time, was courteous friendly and professional. Unfortunately our garage door opener motor is shot and has various other problems it was recommended we need to purchase and have installed a new garage door opener however we cannot afford a new opener but if we could we would definitely use precision
