We have dealt with Precision Overhead Garage Door in the past so they were my go to this time. The problem was my garage door was going up and down on it's own and Fisher quickly determined what it wasn't. When the door almost crashed down on him he knew exactly what was going on and proceeded to correct the problems. New springs, new motor, keypad, remotes and a 7-year Warranty! I now have an exceptionally quiet garage door and I have Peace of Mind as far as my safety is concerned. The quoted price was fair and considering the working conditions in the hot, airless garage Fisher had to work in his pleasant attitude and professionalism was commendable. Fisher is a fantastic employee and I hope he is appreciated. I'm a fan!

Unfortunately our garage door opener motor is shot and has various other problems it was recommended we need to purchase and have installed a new garage door opener however we cannot afford a new opener but if we could we would definitely use precision

Great company. They came out next day and earlier than expected. After initially thinking it was a part, Fisher rebooted the motor and removed an LED bulb and got everything working again. Saved me hundreds of dollars just because he took an extra minute to try something that resolved the problem. Kudos!!
