Precision was highly recommended in the NextDoor app from some of my neighbors and I can see why. Brian showed up on time and was able to determine the best solution for our golf cart garage door that had very low headroom. He gave us a couple of options that would work for us. Since our door is a custom size, he recommended that we replace the worn wheels so that we can prolong the life of the door. He was super polite and personable which made for a very nice experience for us. He swept up after completing the fabulous job that he did for us. He even checked the safety of our second garage door as a courtesy to us. I would highly recommend Precision as well as their installer Brian.

Brian called ahead and arrived early. He troubleshot the problem that I should have been able to diagnose on my own--taking my garbage cans out of the garage, I no doubt bumped the electric eye and knocked it off kilter. He was gracious enough not to point out that a similar blunder had occasioned his last visit.
