Brian did a great job diagnosing the issue with my garage door, letting me know my options for fixing the issue and updating some of the worn parts to keep my garage door mechanism working properly. And all of this while I was in a meeting and couldn't do more than nod my head! :) He was great, and I would definitely recommend Precision AND Brian!

Previously we used the installer of our garage doors but they couldn't get here for a couple of weeks. I saw where you provided 24 hour contact and were able to get here in a couple of days. In June 2020 I had Precision repair my garage door. In April 2021 my garage door was making a bag noise and a repair tech came out and fixed the problem for no charge. Thank you:) All the techs were very professional and well mannered. I would recommend.

I chose to use Precision Door Service because of their great reputation. I called to have a broken string replaced, my 10 year-old garage door was so loud that I was afraid I was waking the neighbors every time I opened and closed the garage door! Once the technician arrived, Brian, we agreed to replace the spring, the garage door opener and install all new rubber rollers. In just over an hours time my garage door was better than new. it opened and closed perfectly and was almost silent! I was very happy with the great service and high quality materials used. I highly recommend!!!

My garage door was loud and having issues going up and didn’t want to come down, the sunshine would mess with the sensors, I tried myself to adjust the sensors. After years of doing this, I was fed up! Just fed up with the whole door! I hesitated to call anyone, and when I did call, some places said the would be out next week. I couldn’t wait that long. I called Precision, I got an appointment the very next day! Brian was my service tech, and let me tell you, this guy is just super awesome! He is very knowledgeable. experienced and just a shear pleasure to speak with! I am so happy I made that call to Precision! Thank you ever so much Brian and the whole Precision staff.

When I booked the work I was told that the service call would be $49.95 and the spring would cost $225. The technician said I needed 2 springs and that the rollers, the cables and various other components needed replacing. The total cost was $900. A significant increase over the $275 that I was anticipating. Your estimating needs to be improved. Also, the technician said that the work was covered by a 7 year warranty but didn’t mention that it was contingent upon a regular annual maintenance by your company. Very disappointing and very expensive.
