One of the springs broke on my garage door. I made an appointment, and Brian showed up as scheduled. He was very efficient, and did a complete inspection. He advised me of several choices I could make, and helped me to get,a service I could afford. He completed the service a a short period of time, and the door works better than ever. I phoned about problems with our garage door and Brian arrived a few hours later. He gave us some options and then installed a new motor, rollers, switches and sensors, and belt system. The work was done in less than two hours. We’re especially happy about how much quieter it is. He also advised us to have it serviced every couple of years.

wholly successful repair on a garage door i thought may have had to be replaced. called one day and repaired the next by a courteous and skilled technician. he straightened the track and replaced some hinges and rollers.

Hello, being new to the Palmetto area we did not know who to get to fix our garage. After doing a Google search and read a ton of reviews we decided to go with Precision Garage Door. Although there was much they had to do to repair my garage, they had it done in just a few hours and the garage door works perfectly. Other than a wide 4 hours time given for arrival,came about 2 /12 hrs after the initial 10 am. Otherwise work was performed quickly and professionally after explanation of problem. Have use Precesion since 2016.

From the initial call to the final repair everyone at Precision Garage Door was professional and courteous. Brian the service technician was on time and once he diagnosted the problem patiently explained my 3 options and the cost of each option to complete the repair. He gave me an estimate of the time required for the repair and perfomed a complete clean up of the area once the repair was completed on time. Extremely pleased with the service.
