Expert, efficient repair job by Mark! The old door had literally fallen apart, yet he was able to manhandle it down, put it all back together with new parts (springs, rollers,cables), and have it running smoothly in less than an hour and a half. Really impressive!

We had called to have the bottom seal on the bottom of the door replaced… However your company did not replace the type we have.(slide in). We did have Mark do a tuneup and it seems that the door is running a little more smoothly and closing a little better than it previously had. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable and we are very satisfied with his work. We called your company after seeing your ads on TV, reading reviews, as well as checking the BBB. Mark really knows his trade. He is efficient and friendly. My door had a broken spring. He said that they replace both springs even though only one broke. Naturally he recommended an upgraded coated spring that was twice as expensive. He also recommended replacing all the wheels and bearings so the job cost $860 which was way more than I expected.
