Precision Door Service has done repairs for me before! Mark Basilotto was an excellent Technician! He called and said he was running late and when he would arrive. He assessed the problem quickly, told me the cost and went to work on the problem. I will not hesitate to tell others about Precision Door Service and I will use no others. I was in desperate need of repairing my home garage door. I was able to get it to close about 3/4 of the way down. it was bent and needed to be bent back and new cables installed. It appears I his hit it lightly with my vehicle. I found Precision on their website by searching for garage door repair using my area code. I called and was immediately speaking with a professional worker. He set a time for later that afternoon, which was a Saturday. And actually a service employee called me about 15 minutes later and said he could be her in about a half hour. He should up on time, diagnosed my door problem and had it fixed within the hour. I thanked him and told him I appreciated his quick response and professional work, as well as being friendly.

Best around... New to the area and door would not close. Called and came out, adjusted and move the sensors. The bill was zero dollars!!!!! He made the adjustment and off he went.... not too many companies do this anymore. Will not use anyone else five star in my book
