Called and asked for a quote on spring replacement and was told it would be between $299 and $399... they had a $79 service charge which they said they would wave. When the technician arrived, he said it would be $999. I thanked him and told him I already had quotes $500 less. He then tried to charge me the $79 service fee until I talked to the manager.

Absolutely top-notch service. Luke (our service rep) was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable...and also on time. He assessed the problem, had the parts on the truck to make the repair, and was efficient. There is no doubt I will use Precision again when I need garage door service.
