Had a late night occance of our garage door spring breaking after 9 years. Both of our cars were now stranded and unavailable for the morning. I found Precision on Google and the.reviews were excellent so I called them at 10:30PM. They provided an appointment.for.first thing this morning. The technician was professional, cordial and excellent with his work. His name is Jason Hennager. I would use Precision without a doubt in the.future and recommend you to do the.same.

My garage door was stuck because I attempted to repair it myself and jammed it. The technician (Justin or Jason?) was great. Professional, courteous, and fixed the jammed door in about 30 minutes. He also provided some lubrication tips. I only gave a 4-star rating because I was a bit disappointed in the charges. The technician said at the outset that they charge a flat fee of $225 for a hung door. But I didn't realize that there would also be a $79.95 service call charge and an $80 labor charge on top of that. I had a coupon to remove the $79.95 service call charge but it seems like adding a $79.95 service call charge and $80 of labor on top of the hung door charge is "double dipping". There were no parts needed to un stick the door--only 30 minutes of labor.

jason did me right. $80 labor was much too high as all Jason did was remove 1 screw and hang new keyless entry pad. It took all of about 30 seconds. So$79 service call plus cost of part $135 ( which I can purchase for about $45 ) should have included the 30 second actual labor.

We chose Precision Overhead Garage Door Service as they have a Great National Reputation and Presence. From the time we booked appointment by phone (yes, we actually got to speak to someone - how refreshing and novel is that in this day & age of electronics) to reminders to our technician telephoning to say he had a cancellation & could move us up in his stops for the day if we had the availability. We are SUPER PLEASED with the "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE" Received by Service Technician, Jason Hennagir. He was here when promised and took the time to walk us thru every step & even offered up safety tips that when along with services provided. While extremely professional, he was also friendly, respectful and informative. We will have no issue recommending Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to our friends, family and neighbors.
