Our tech Fisher called prior to arrival. Arrived on time, was courteous friendly and professional. Unfortunately our garage door opener motor is shot and has various other problems it was recommended we need to purchase and have installed a new garage door opener however we cannot afford a new opener but if we could we would definitely use precision

Great company. They came out next day and earlier than expected. After initially thinking it was a part, Fisher rebooted the motor and removed an LED bulb and got everything working again. Saved me hundreds of dollars just because he took an extra minute to try something that resolved the problem. Kudos!!

I’ve been using Precision for many years. My garage door wasn’t staying closed. I tried to fixit to no avail. Called Precision and they were out the very next morning. We could not open the garage door due to a broken spring. It was great to have such a quick response. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough and presented three options for repair. We chose the most expensive option which involved pretty much a complete overhaul (except for the motor) and a seven year guarantee. We will certainly recommend Precision to friends and neighbors.
