My garage door was struggling to open but my Precision technician quickly pointed out that the spring had broken and the door was be opened by the relatively new garage door opener. He offered 3 solutions to the problem. All was resolved and fixed quickly and professionally! PLUS he offered to remove my old garage door open which had been cluttering up my garage for 2 years! That act of kindness was unexpected and very welcome!

My garage door was giving us trouble and the technician was available within days. He arrived early and that was fortunate because the motor died while he was on site. He had the parts on the truck and the new opener was installed in less than an hour. He was a pleasant and capable young man. Very pleased with the service.

Their technician, Fischer, called to let me know he was on his way and he arrived when promised by his office. I told him that my garage door is out of alignment because one of the safety cables fell off. We are the new homeowners, but I don't know how this happened because nothing got stuck in the rail. I couldn't get the cable back on properly which is why I called Precision for service. All of the spring hardware is very rusty and should probably be replaced in the near future. Fischer explained that the previous owner probably stored chlorine in the garage as a result of the rust. He repaired the door and made sure it was fine-tuned despite the fact that the door and hardware are 20 years old. Fischer also helped me get our cars' Homelink buttons programmed. I would recommend them to anyone for service!

Our neighbor used your company last spring and we asked the young man, I think his name was Fisher to check ours and he told us at that time our motor wouldn’t last much longer so when we started having problems again we called your company and asked for him again. Fischer was great. We wanted to have a new storm strip installed on the bottom of the door. He showed me that the current strip was still in good condition and the problem was getting a good seal against the bricks. We had hoped that there was a thicker strip available but is isn't. I am familiar with Precision from its great reputation in PA. It is great to see that the service continues to be stellar in FLA. We will be calling again when need arise! By the way, your efforts to feature and introduce your teammates is very valuable. Thanks for having such great resources.

Fischer called before arriving, as requested, and was friendly and competent. He did a yearly maintenance inspection of our door, springs, etc. It took less that an hour and all was A-ok. It was a good experience.

We had an issue with one of our garage doors and the tech who came quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and then checked both doors for any other issues. Called to have a "noise' checked. Precision Tech Fischer Londeree immediately identified the need for additional lithium spray on all roller hinges. Immediate noticeable difference. Fischer then performed a complete check and main spring adjustment. Door now works great.

We have dealt with Precision Overhead Garage Door in the past so they were my go to this time. The problem was my garage door was going up and down on it's own and Fisher quickly determined what it wasn't. When the door almost crashed down on him he knew exactly what was going on and proceeded to correct the problems. New springs, new motor, keypad, remotes and a 7-year Warranty! I now have an exceptionally quiet garage door and I have Peace of Mind as far as my safety is concerned. The quoted price was fair and considering the working conditions in the hot, airless garage Fisher had to work in his pleasant attitude and professionalism was commendable. Fisher is a fantastic employee and I hope he is appreciated. I'm a fan!
