First class, professional service for the replacement of my remote garage door system. All precautions taken and respect for the social distancing order. Everything wiped down after work. Technicians were wearing gloves and masks. I have, in the past, gotten excellent recommendtions from Precision Door Service when problems arose with my very old garage door. We had a problem with our garage door opening & closing as it would stick, close partially then stick and roll back up. Brett our service man was very professional ...fixed the problem and also changed the drums and cables which were frayed on either side of our garage door. Excellent service and personable young man.

Same day service, uniformed professional technicians, picture & bio of technician coming. Justin was a true professional and explained the pro & cons of replacing circuitry on old opener verses installing new opener. Had him install new one which operated very quiet compared to old. Very satisfied I went with a new one.

Our garage door spring broke right before Christmas. The Precision technician was able to come the same day and actually arrived earlier than originally scheduled! He did a great job efficient and professional.
