Called Percision to service our garage door, they showed up the next day for the job, even earlier 45 min before our scheduled time. Job was done by Alex and his co-worker Ien I think, New opener, remotes, and pad for the door, new spring and finally wheels. Now our garage door much quieter, and high tech!! I will be telling EVERYONE on Social Media and in the public about the invoice I received for fixing my garage door. It hasn't even been a year since I purchased four garage doors from your company (two 2 car garage doors and 2 single doors) and a screw came out of the ceiling (not sure if it was ever in or put in correctly) and I get charged almost $70 to have it fixed. This is RIDICULOUS!!! Makes me wonder if my other garage doors will have problems. Your service guy had to put TWO screws in because the one came out and didn't stay. I will NEVER use your company again for abusing this... we were told there would be NO charge to come out.

Once again a great service call issue taken care of by Precision. My appointment was 10-2pm and Mark called at 9:30 or so saying he was on his way. Once he arrived he took a look at the door/equipment and let me know what had happened, what was fixable, and what options were. Once I told him what I wanted he got set up, got to work, and got the door up and running in a very short time. He showed me the broken parts, cleaned up the area and walked me through the billing process. Very professional, very quick service and the door is working perfectly. This is why I'll be using Precision for all of my company's vacation rental homes in the Bradenton/Sarasota area.

Great service on my garage door. Found several things wrong from loose bolts / nuts, to operational settings incorrect. The man really worked hard to get everything exactly right. Would definitely hire them again. The price was OK for the 25 point inspection @ $129.90
