Justin arrived in an incredibly short time after I called in for a repair service appointment. He was very informative, thoughtful and thorough - clearly well-trained and experienced. He did a great job in a lot less time than I thought our repairs (multiple parts, etc. needed replacement) would take. Being prior military, I can recognize a tight operation. The real test is "service after the sale". I've been let down several times in the past by company's that "pride themselves " on service after the sale, not here. Great job on my recent service request! Too notch. We had full installation on a weekend and the lead guy was training someone. He took his time and double and triple checked everything. Made sure there was no squeaking at all and was detail oriented in all things! Highly recommend. G was wonderful!

Expert, efficient repair job by Mark! The old door had literally fallen apart, yet he was able to manhandle it down, put it all back together with new parts (springs, rollers,cables), and have it running smoothly in less than an hour and a half. Really impressive!

Your sales team was very polite and knowledgeable in measuring and making sure a new garage door would fit and was in stock before scheduling the installation. The mechanics a few days later showed up also very polite and knowledgeable and ready for the installation. Precision installed a new garage door for us today. Throughout the experience, everything went as planned: estimator came out on time as scheduled, installers came out on time as scheduled. The installers said that the service would take approximately 3 hours, the service took approximately 3 hours, etc. Everyone was courteous, professional; seriously, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company. Our second time using them. Last time was in 2012 for the other side garage door. Just great!
