Your sales team was very polite and knowledgeable in measuring and making sure a new garage door would fit and was in stock before scheduling the installation. The mechanics a few days later showed up also very polite and knowledgeable and ready for the installation. I called on Monday and said my garage door would not go down. I was given an appointment for Tuesday between 2 and 4. On Tuesday I got a phone call from their technician, Josh, who said he could get here earlier if it was Okay. Josh came and looked at the door and told me what he needed to do and the cost to do it. We agreed and he stated it would take about an hour and a half. Josh completed the work timely and showed me what all he had done. I was very pleased with the service!

Door looks/Works great! My garage sill/apron concrete is slightly un-even,door rubber does not make constant contact end to end. Installer suggested to my wife”Stuff bottom rubber weather seal with screen gasket to adjust properly”. I paid 1775.00 to have install and all slight adjustments finished! I will contact U tomorrow.
