I has a spring break on the garage door. I called, and within 20 minutes Brian was at my house to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and explained how the springs actually work. He installed 2 springs in less than an hour. Great job! 5 stars...

I chose Precision because they are the best at what they do. I used them before and wouldn't think about using anyone else. My garage door chain was banging against the rail and the problem wound up being the bearings. The tech replaced all rollers and problem resolved.

On Monday Justin was my service technician, he was great! He called before arrival, quickly analyzed the situation and offered me several options, then replaced my garage door motor in less than an hour! My new motor is so quiet you can’t hear it while inside the house, I love it. Also, the array of price points offered for replacement were many and much lower than I expected. Thanks Justin and precision door!

When Gaetano arrived he explained very informatively how the PDS800 works with the 7' Belt, much quieter, also in time, add a wireless phone app. Installation was fast and my son Brian and his Wife Susan are very happy with the opener. Thank you Gaetano.

We have used your company on several occasions and on 2 houses. This time I had a broken spring. Once the worker got here he found the opener motor was broken from the door falling after spring broke. He didn't do any work before going over all the work and prices. I really didn't want to spend that amount of money but I wanted the best and not cheap. The young man that came to do the work I personally requested because he has done all my other work. He is very good, personable and knows what he is doing. A company that will allow you to choose who comes to your door is unheard of. Thank you very much

Never used your company but see your ads on TV and thought of your company first. From the initial call through completion the service was very professional and the technician kept me informed during the evaluation and diagnosis process. I was not at home when repairs were made but felt comfortable that I was being properly and accurately informed. I highly recommend Precision and felt that was I paid was very fair!

Mark arrived on time and was professional, polite and knowledgeable. We talked for a few minutes to review my door issues and then he went right to work on his estimate. Mark suggested some general maintenance needed on the door as we discussed the estimate. With agreement from me, Mark started the needed repairs and he was done before I knew it. With the work completed , Mark explained everything he did that day and also discussed potential concerns he found with the opener in the future. I was very pleased with Mark and will be sure to call Precision for any future garage door repairs

RepairTech prompt & rigt on time. I was very impressed with Promptness and repairs accommplished. Repair Tech was neat and clean in appearance, polite andseemed well qualified to do reaird. I think the price was excessive but I didn't complain because I wanted the door fixed for security reasons.

Hello, being new to the Palmetto area we did not know who to get to fix our garage. After doing a Google search and read a ton of reviews we decided to go with Precision Garage Door. We were extremely pleased with our repair technician, Brian and his knowledge, workmanship and his attitude.
