When I built my house, the builder used a different company to install my garage door and opener. I have had to have it fixed 4 times in the last 6 years. I called Precision Door because I had used them in the past with a previous house and were very happy with them. From calling to make the appointment to the serviceman who came out, everyone was courteous, professional, not pushy, made everything feel effortless and like my issue mattered to them. Everyone genuinely wanted to help and fix the problem, not just put a band-aid on it. I am extremely satisfied and can't recommend Precision Door highly enough! They are top notch and I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Precision Garage Door came today to fix my garage door which sounded like it was going to fall apart any minute. I had taken a chance by calling them last minute and they were able to fit me into the day's schedule. Fischer came and diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me 3 quotes to choose from. His work was impressive and he was done in the timeframe he gave me. Excellent company with excellent service.

Great experience with Fischer who came to replace a broken spring, but ended up replacing everything but our garage door. I had a tight window (time frame) to get work done and he arrived on-time and was able to get everything replaced within that window. Everything looks great.

Our garage wouldn't open yesterday, we called and we're able to get an appointment the next day. Brian arrived on time and was very professional and resolved our issue very quickly. He let us know our motor was old and we may want to think about a new one soon, but was not at all pushy about it which was a nice change for other service companies I've dealt with. We will gladly continue using them for all future garage needs

I saw the ad on tv and decided to call. Christa who answered the phone was helpful, courteous & made an appt- very timely. Brian came out and he was, on time, very personable, listened well & took his time investigating the garage door. He instilled confidence & explained all issues. He even wrote a report within a couple of hours. Brian really seemed to like what he was doing for a career & that made it so pleasant. This company apparently doesn’t install commercial doors so they couldn’t install new equipment however they gave me a referral of a former employee and they will be out asap. It speaks well of Precision Doors that a former employee still has a connection. Thank you for your efforts. Very professional.
