Their technician, Fischer, called to let me know he was on his way and he arrived when promised by his office. I told him that my garage door is out of alignment because one of the safety cables fell off. We are the new homeowners, but I don't know how this happened because nothing got stuck in the rail. I couldn't get the cable back on properly which is why I called Precision for service. All of the spring hardware is very rusty and should probably be replaced in the near future. Fischer explained that the previous owner probably stored chlorine in the garage as a result of the rust. He repaired the door and made sure it was fine-tuned despite the fact that the door and hardware are 20 years old. Fischer also helped me get our cars' Homelink buttons programmed. I would recommend them to anyone for service!

My technician, Derek, really knew his business. My automatic opener was not functioning. Derek diagnosed the problem, discussed possible fixes and we decided on the best possible solution. In addition to his technical knowledge, he was a very interesting person to tap with. I would certainly recommend Precision for your garage door issues.

E very once in a while a person makes the right choice. Today was my day ! I was lucky enough to get PRECISION DOOR SERVICE on the phone within 24 hours of my garage door going on the fritz. Approximately 12 hours later your truck was in my driveway and within one hour everything was operating like brand new. My technicians name was Derrick Irving and I guess it was my lucky day. Just a really pleasant experience all around. We called on a Sunday and got an appointment for Tuesday which was so fast. Alex was really professional and explained everything thoroughly allowing us to make the right decision based on our situation. Zero pressure on choices and had the items with him for a quick install. From start to finish this company could not be more professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future!

We have dealt with Precision Overhead Garage Door in the past so they were my go to this time. The problem was my garage door was going up and down on it's own and Fisher quickly determined what it wasn't. When the door almost crashed down on him he knew exactly what was going on and proceeded to correct the problems. New springs, new motor, keypad, remotes and a 7-year Warranty! I now have an exceptionally quiet garage door and I have Peace of Mind as far as my safety is concerned. The quoted price was fair and considering the working conditions in the hot, airless garage Fisher had to work in his pleasant attitude and professionalism was commendable. Fisher is a fantastic employee and I hope he is appreciated. I'm a fan!

Justin was both personable and professional. Price seemed high but he did a great job of justifying it. Was able to get to us even sooner than promised and worked quickly and efficiently. A few of the U tacks he used to secure the wiring were left on the garage floor (potentially not tire friendly). All other material was neatly disposed of. Overall, quite satisfied.

We chose Precision after seeing that our door had been previously serviced by the company and also seeing Precision vehicles in our community servicing neighbor's doors. We had our springs and safety eyes replaced based on recommendations from our technician Mike after his inspection. Mike was extremely pleasant, courteous and professional in carrying out the repair. I would not even give this company 1 star. A man came to install my garage doors and told me he would not install because my garage was “filthy.” I have been waiting for 3 months for this install and no one gave me instruction that I have to remove my built in cabinets before they could install. Ridiculous. After that he refused to leave and started taking pictures of my garage. DO NOT use this company- horrible customer service.

Like most things what I thought would just be a small expense of replacing a remote key pad ended up as a new garage door opener for $575. Despite this it was my decision. The technician did tell me that he could install just a new key pad but in all probability this would not solve the problem since the opener I had was under rated for my type of garage door. Service was same day and the technician was knowledgeable. I appreciated the options he gave me and I did not feel pressured. I would use Precision again.

Precision's service was excellent, from the initial phone call to them to the Service person that performed the work on our garage door. He priced what I requested and recommended some additional work that was needed on our older door opener. The work was done quickly and very professionally, I couldn't be more satisfied with the work. If you need service on a garage door, call Precision, they are great.
