I was scheduled for a late day yearly Preventive Maintenance on my newer garage door, Tyler Barnett Called around noon and stated he was around the corner and was available. As nobody was home I felt comfortable giving him access so he could start. I'm not sure I would have done this with any other company but my memorable experience with a compete install a year earlier and the quality of associates I encountered at that time I had no reservations. Tyler was efficient and explained in detail the current condition of our system and the work he preformed. I appreciate you hiring and retaining qualified professionals.

My garage door was stuck because I attempted to repair it myself and jammed it. The technician (Justin or Jason?) was great. Professional, courteous, and fixed the jammed door in about 30 minutes. He also provided some lubrication tips. I only gave a 4-star rating because I was a bit disappointed in the charges. The technician said at the outset that they charge a flat fee of $225 for a hung door. But I didn't realize that there would also be a $79.95 service call charge and an $80 labor charge on top of that. I had a coupon to remove the $79.95 service call charge but it seems like adding a $79.95 service call charge and $80 of labor on top of the hung door charge is "double dipping". There were no parts needed to un stick the door--only 30 minutes of labor.

I was scheduled to leave Florida in four days when my garage door began malfunctioning. I called two places for help - closed on Saturday! Fortunately, the third was a charm, Precision Doors, open and superbly recommended ! Their response was quick and efficient ; the technician was able to come even earlier than expected. Ben explained the issue clearly, did a full inspection, offered alternatives - with estimates, and solved the problem. Win! Win!

If you need your garage door installed or repaired, Precision Door is the place to go. Excellent reception and scheduling. Very flexible to fit your time frame. The best part of Precision is the technician they sent out. Tom Le knows doors. He came one day to fix a problem and it appeared he did and I agreed.. But the problem came back. I called the next day and they scheduled Tom to come again. After careful study, he found the problem to be an entirely different issue. He had the parts to fix it and did so. Precision and Tom and truly 5 star.

Great experience - I called at 8 am, confirmation received timely, advance call from tech who arrived by 1:00 (earlier than promised - when does that ever happen?) evaluated the issue, explained what needed done and why. All work was done by 2:30, new springs, bearings and nylon rollers. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.

One of the springs on our garage door broker yesterday (sunday). When I called later in the day I was surprised when I found out that a tech could be on site between 8 and 12 the next day (monday). I expressed concern that my 22 year old opener would probably need replacing as well. Monday morning Lee came, on time, and did the whole job (new springs, cables, rollers, and the opener) in under 2 hours. He was personable, professional, and did a perfect job !!!
