I am so blown away with how amazing this experience was! The lady on the phone that scheduled my appointment was so friendly and made me feel so valued! Then Lee Stanziale called to say he was on his way and I could tell from his voice and attitude this was going to be good. When Lee arrived it was like family just showed up! I can't say enough good about how professional and kind he was and the job he did was so good and so fast. I thought he was just going to give me estimate but he was able to install what I wanted right then! I'm a raving fan and have already told my friends and family about Lee and Precision door service. I'm also friends now with Lee and going to invite his family over for dinner! Great people and highly recommend them!

Jason showed up the same day and fixed the garage door that I had bumped with a car. He had it operating again in one hour with a minimum of cost. He suggested replacing the lift motor & chain since they were about 15 years old. I am now good for another 20 years. Terry

Technician was on time (actually early) and assessed the situation quickly. Mark was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and professional and performed the necessary repair in a timely manner. Being a service technician in a trade myself I feel I’m extra critical when I hire a company to do work for me. I provide quality work with fair and honest pricing to my customers so I expect the same from a company I hire. Well let me tell you Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did not disappoint me! Same day service and a VERY reasonable service charge to come out. Alex R arrived on time, was very friendly, and very professional. He quoted me a price that was literally hundreds of dollars less than what I was expecting. He even informed me that they were running a special and he was going to waive the $49.00 service fee since I hired them to make the repair. He replaced both cables, inspected every bit of hardware, fully lubricated all the springs, hinges and rollers and made any needed adjustments. I was so pleased with the service and pricing that I went ahead and payed to have the seal along the bottom of the door replaced also. It’s good to know there are still great companies like this around with great techs like Alex! I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and will definitely use them for all my garage door needs in the future!
