With a few other very popular garage door companies (not named here) doing business in the Fort Myers area, I felt like I was being taken advantage. I have had Precision service my garage door for the last two years and they have been very professional - often waiving their service charge when other more expensive maintenance is necessary. I don't know about you, but I appreciate their desire to keep me as a happy client! I would never hesitate to recommend Precision to a friend, neighbor, or anyone looking for a referral. Precision is a superb company with both knowledgeable and competent technicians.

I selected Precision because of the ratings on a search. I've also seen Precision's trucks in our neighborhood about 4-6 times in the past couple of years. I was happy with the response, but somewhat surprised by the quote to repair. The gentleman did an excellent job and the response time was very acceptable.

I am really happy with my service from Precision Door and Jason McCray. Jason came in and was so professional and personable. He went over my options to fix my loud garage door. I opted for the new belt driven opener and he replaced my squeaky rollers and now my garage is a quiet as a church. Wow what a surprise!! Called Precision about a problem with our garage door opener that needed to get fixed. I also wanted new garage door seals put on as well. They worked out a way and setup a time to show up later in the day. Lee the technician called much sooner than we expected and said he would be here in 30 minutes. He did a wonderful job and made sure everything worked like it was supposed to before he left to make sure we were happy. He even went as far as to program opener for our car. I consider that above and beyond. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

Our technician Jason was very professional! He explained the problem with our 15 years old custume made system.. The belt needed to he replaced he had to go and get it since its not an average size.. He inspected the entire system and point it out the future problem areas but since its still a working unit he didint want to sell us other new parts.. Really appreciate the time and effort he put in to fix it and to explain everything. Highly recommend this company and Jason as a tech.

Excellent service!!!! The springs broke and we were barely able to lift the 500lb. Hurricane proof door. We were able to get Precision to come out the next morning (even though it was the weekend). The installer who came out was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, even though a VERY detailed description of what I needed was given to the call center they did not convey that information and so it was a wasted trip for the tech and a wasted day for me waiting for the appointment. I believe they will do an excellent job once they actually get to do what I wanted based on the great advice given to me by the installer.
