We called for service for our garage door opener on a Friday. Within two hours the tech arrived and explained exactly what was wrong. Since we had purchased our home two years earlier and the home was already 17 years old I decided to replace the opener, springs and door roller pins since everything was still all original. Not only did the tech quote me a fair price for the opener, 2 hand remotes as well as an outside keypad, springs and roller pins but the install took less then 2 hours. The opener and and door are so quiet you can barely hear them when in operation. The tech did a great job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I picked your company because you were local, but after Mark finished I'm glad I did. I had a 2pm to 6pm window and Mark called about 10am and said he could come earlier, which he did. He inspected all the rollers, cables and replaced them as well as the broken spring, he finished in about 2 hours and was neat and professional. All parts and labor are warrantied for 3 years and now the garage doors works great. Thank you.

With a few other very popular garage door companies (not named here) doing business in the Fort Myers area, I felt like I was being taken advantage. I have had Precision service my garage door for the last two years and they have been very professional - often waiving their service charge when other more expensive maintenance is necessary. I am really happy with my service from Precision Door and Jason McCray. Jason came in and was so professional and personable. He went over my options to fix my loud garage door. I opted for the new belt driven opener and he replaced my squeaky rollers and now my garage is a quiet as a church. Wow what a surprise!! Called Precision about a problem with our garage door opener that needed to get fixed. I also wanted new garage door seals put on as well. They worked out a way and setup a time to show up later in the day. Lee the technician called much sooner than we expected and said he would be here in 30 minutes. He did a wonderful job and made sure everything worked like it was supposed to before he left to make sure we were happy. He even went as far as to program opener for our car. I consider that above and beyond. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

Our technician Jason was very professional! He explained the problem with our 15 years old custume made system.. The belt needed to he replaced he had to go and get it since its not an average size.. He inspected the entire system and point it out the future problem areas but since its still a working unit he didint want to sell us other new parts.. Really appreciate the time and effort he put in to fix it and to explain everything. Highly recommend this company and Jason as a tech.

Garage spring broke. Bummer. Chose Precision based upon Reviews. Made a same day appointment. Technician, Fisher, showed within the promised window. He explained my old system and, clearly, explained his new one as well as pricing. Finished within a hour and everything works as new. Would also add that Fisher reflects credit upon himself and Precision. While not happy about the need for repair, experience was exceprtional.
