I had a new seal placed on bottom of door and had the rollers replaced and the garage door which was really very noisy when opening and closing is now very smooth and quiet. I’m so glad I chose this company . They did a great job.

Technician (Lee) arrived at the promised time, inspected the garage door components, and provided an estimate. He had the broken spring and worn bearing replaced within an hour. He was most professional and courteous in answering questions. We called Precision because they had done a previous repair years ago and left their sticker on the garage door. Glad they did.

I have had intermittent issues with my old garage door opener so I contacted Precision for help. Within 48 hours they installed a new opener and rollers. SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS SOONER!
