Our 14 year old garage door was making more noise than usual when opening and closing. Called Precision that morning, and they could have Brian there by 3:30 pm. Brian examined our door, explained the problem areas, and what repairs were needed. Our springs we're rusty, rollers were old, edging guard was destroyed, and a gear in the bushing assembly was worn. Brian worked diligently repairing all those problems, and put up with us asking questions the entire time. We have 5 year warranty on all parts, and our door runs like new....no noise. THANKS

5 stars! I called Precision on an emergency basis because the garage door opener wouldn't function. The telephone operator was great and had a technician there within 45 minutes. How great is that! He was very courteous and thorough in fixing the problem and providing an overall evaluation of the operating system. The service charge was surprisingly reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company!
