Had a problem with the automatic door opener late day. Called and got appointment next day for 10-2 with promise of call 30 min out. Company kept to word, showed up and fixed my issue along with help reprogramming. Alex (Technician) was friendly and very helpful. Also offered maintenance tips and did an assessment of my door and essential components. Fee was very reasonable. Prompt, friendly and value!

We had a later appointment, but an earlier appointment came open. Justin called and asked if it was okay to come by, He did, went straight to work and within a short time, the door was working again. I would gladly call Precision for any door problem, BUT I do not foresee that in the near future. A recommendation would always be FIVE STAR.

I've been with Precision for many years and am surprised they normally can be at my house the same day I need service. Today was no different. I called my order in late morning & Leigh was here mid afternoon. I had a broken spring which he fixed and didn't charge me since Leigh was here two months ago to repair the door. You could have blown me away. I higly recommend this company to service your home or business.

I called Precision Friday morning and they said they would have a tech out between 2-4 that afternoon. It wasn't 10 minutes later my phone rang and it was Mark, he was in the area and could he stop by in 15 minutes to look at our door. He had the repairs made and out the drive in half an hour. Great service!!
