Mark was here ahead of schedule and fixed all of the issues we had with our garage door and more. He had all the tools and equipment on hand and was fast and efficient. Not only that but he was personable as well and carried on a conversation while he worked. Alex was great. He called ahead, showed up on time and quickly solved my problems, which included a garage door that only worked intermittently and a key pad that didn't work at all. He also did a great job of explaining how the door worked, what stressed it and showed me how to do a better job of routinely maintaining my hurricane door. It wasn't 10 minutes later my phone rang and it was Mark, he was in the area and could he stop by in 15 minutes to look at our door. He had the repairs made and out the drive in half an hour. Had a problem with the automatic door opener late day. Called and got appointment next day for 10-2 with promise of call 30 min out. Company kept to word, showed up and fixed my issue along with help reprogramming. Alex (Technician) was friendly and very helpful. Also offered maintenance tips and did an assessment of my door and essential components. Fee was very reasonable. Prompt, friendly and value!
