I heard great things about your company and was pleased with Seth when he came for our estimate. We received an estimate in writing good for 90 days. We called 29 days after his visit only to be told our estimate (good for 90 days) . which we still have in writing is no longer valid and the price increased by $420.00. I am not happy to say the least and will not be moving forward with your company any time soon. This is not good business practice, not to mention, IT IS IN WRITING GOOD FOR 90 DAYS. I believe any attorney would love to handle something like that. I have heard nothing but good things about your company but have to say I am very dissatisfied at how this has been handled.

Our garage is used as our main entrance and lately has made more noise than usual. I called Precision and they were able to get someone out very timely. Lee was our technician and was able to find several issues and fix them immediately. He also gave us his advice on what our next steps may be and was able to give pricing as well. We will definitely use them again.

My GD opener hardwired in hasn't worked in a year, and we had to manually open/close basically leaving my house open to intruders. My mother had Travis fix 2 doors at her duplex two days ago...he didn't try to sell her a COMPLETE replacement of everything, like another company did and a handyman said she would need. Because of her great experience, I called for service too. Tyler called when he was on the way, and was FABULOUS. He did explain that eventually I would need a new GD opener because mine is a 12 year old Big Box purchase installed by my father and there's A LOT going wrong, but he just gave me information and didn't push a sale. He went above and beyond to fix what I needed, basically saved me with Hurricane season coming up. In a few months when I can afford to replace my opener entirely, I will definitely he calling and requesting Tyler be my technician! Between myself and my mom, two very happy ladies...great service from start to finish! Easy scheduling, great customer service, awesome techs!

I had a new opener installed by Tyler today. He showed up on time and after he gave me an inspection of my old opener and garage door I. Chose to have a new opener installed. I felt that the quote was vary reasonable. He then went Into work mode and in a few hours he had the job done right. He even helped my wife set up the wi go. He was great to work with. The door and opener are like new and. very quiet.

The tech. called and was able to come earlier in the day than scheduled which worked out fine. The problem turned out to be faulty remotes. He sold me a new and it now works fine and he was gone in under 10 minutes. Very nice guy and pleasant to work with

The small adjustment on my belt haunted me and I lived in fear of it falling on my car every time I opened it. I expected to spend at least a couple hundred on the repair. Great response. I had broken springs and could not get my vehicles out of the garage. Within a few hours Alex was there and did an excellent job. We were very impressed with our whole experience using Precision. A competitor couldn't service our broken spring for 5 days and you were able to provide service within one hour of contacting you. Travis and Justin took pride in their work and were informative with what our choices would be. The work was completely quickly and we added new rollers so now we have a quiet door with a peace of mind warranty on the springs.
