Asked to have the belt replaced on my garage door opener; however, the tech replaced the belt and spring. Seemed like an honest misunderstanding, but it cost me an extra $700. Left a mess on my garage floor. Opener seems to be working fine.

Yes everything went well, however I would suggest you have your service technician introduce themselves to the Customer . And I might add after job. It would be nice if the technician cleaned up and swept the area. We had black rubber all over the opening part of the garage door on the floor so these are just suggestions. Otherwise, we’re very happy, of course with the job, but again, I was in customer service all my life and I think the protocol should be addressed with your service technicians. Thank you.

Very satisfied with response. We had a problem with the over the door spring. Service Technician Brian knew immediately the situation, checking all parts of the door (pass or fail) then offering 3 plans for us to consider. Having used his company before at another home location and being very satisfied then, chose to have Brian precede with the repair. He was courteous, knowledgeable & explained what he was doing.
