Amazing. They came, conquered, and left. Easy. Nothing complicated about it. No "we'll get back to you." Simple transaction and great answers to our questions. I always say, "Why does everything have to be so hard?" but not in this case. Highly recommend. These guys/gals know what they're doing. Hope they don't have a help shortage - that would be a shame. Learn a trade is my motto!

I had an appointment between 4 and 8 pm, first of all let me say I am grateful that I could get a late appointment so I didn't have to take a day off work. The tech (Justin W.) showed up on time and was great very accommodating and professional and absolutely knew everything about garage doors. I was looking to get a new belt drive opener, he gave me several options and he had the equipment on the truck. He performed the service that evening including new spring and new wheels installed the garage door opener in a little more than an hour absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for better service or a more knowledgable person to do the job. Precision is who I will turn to for anything thing I need for my garage door and the company I will recommend to anyone looking for garage door work. A big thank you to Precision and to Justin!!

I originally had you install my new door a few years ago. The bracket holding the bracket to the track rail broke and shredded apart and would not let door close. The tech said he had never seen anything like this happen. Since it was obviously a product defect, I feel that I should not have been charged a service call fee. There were no parts used, just broken part repositioned. On a positive note, Brian was a great tech and did work quickly.

Had another door company out, their guy was arrogant and wanted to charge me $3900.00! Said my door needed replaced and everything I had here was junk. Your technician Brian Fixter just had to replace the spring. He even tightened all the bolts and lubed the door for $190.00!!! GREAT service and will tell all my friends how good you are.

EXCELENT SERVICE - on time and courteous- Justin fixed two of three issues within 20 minutes. Unfortunately the third issue was not as amenable to service as out door is apparently "proprietary" and only certain companies can repair the seal at the bottom. Justin gave us the name of the local authorized dealer - so that was also very helpful!

Friends had recommended Precision when I told them I was in need of a garage door repair. The scheduler was very helpful and set an appointment. The tech person was on time. Very helpful in explaining what had to be done to correct the problem and what could be done to make things better. And boy did it. He installed a new motor, wheels and brackets. All the while explaining the procedure. He also stated the price so I could make a decision. I would give this whole experience a 5. Very happy with the completed work
