We can't thank Precision's technician, Gaetano, enough for his assistance with our garage door opener. He responded to our need on Labor Day, a holiday. Not only was he professional and friendly but extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and detailed in his work. Our problem was quickly identified and corrected. In addition he took extra time to answer our questions and respond to an extra concern. It was a delight to have him assist us!

Recently moving to a new home in Florida I had Precision install 2 new garage door openers, job went well. I then hired them replace two garage doors with what they call their BEST hurricane door. After my doors were removed they opened the packaging for their BEST door and I saw the back side being nothing but metal beams. I have never seen a door like this and asked what the problem was they told me it was not insulated so I told them I wanted to change to insulated. The installer called his office and from what I could hear they were yelling at him for having me change my mind. So with my original doors already down I let them install what they had. When I signed my receipt I wrote in the comment section requesting a call, I went to their site and requested a call. Lastly I received an e-mail from Andrew Sell saying "If for any reason you are not totally satisfied, I would consider it a favor if you called and gave me the opportunity to redress the situation." So I replied to his email asking for a call and again no response. Overall the installers were fine but you never get a response back when you have an issue. They just charge your card and move on. I had to replace my chain drive this past April. I was very satisfied with the service. This time the problem was a broken worn out spring. I knew I could count on Precision once again for the solution in prompt and professional fashion. And when I had called the office for help on both occasions, they were very understanding and courteous. I will recommend Precision whenever I can.

My motherin law used you. It was sun so no parts stores were open. It says same day service. Girl on phone said they couldnt get her till mon between 10-12. I called at 1215 to find out when guy was going to get here. Different girl answered and said they have 4 hr window. If i knew that i would have gotten springs and done it myself. Good thing no cars were in garage!!!!! Your people were pleasant. Installer was quick. I think you should give a discount if you advertise same day service and then cant deliver , As i called about 1400 when i got back from church. Thats all.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE AND FOUND TECHNICIAN MARK TO BE FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PROBLEM AND DID A QUICK AND EFFICIENT REPAIR FOR US. HE POINTED OUT THAT THE LIFT CABLES WERE FRAYED AND IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT AND HAD HIM DO THOSE AS WELL, DUE TO IT BEING A SAFETY ISSUE.
