Called for repair of broken spring; service technician, Brian Fixter, came same day. Remarkably efficient and thorough. Very pleasant. Succinctly explained what he was doing, ably answered my questions, and was done in approximately 35 or 40 minutes. Glad I chose Precision and will definitely use them again if need be.

VERY PLEASED with the service I received. It was initially a service call but after talking to the two service technicians it was clear to me the best way to go was a new opener. In less than 2 hours installation was done. The new system is wonderful, has so many updated features like the lights are automatic when you step out into the garage, and it also shows time and temperature. Great improvement over the old one I had.
