EXCELLENT service!!! Tech showed up tight on time, was extremely knowledgeable, kind and efficient. I couldn’t have been more happy with the experience. Major issue was springs, but also updated rollers, replaced old broken eye and installed remote keypad. Door is amazingly quiet...like NEW!! 5 STAR!!

Alex came out to check out a noise the door was making upon closing. He checked the door from the springs to the rollers and found no real problems except normal wear. He informed me of what to look for when a spring or roller breaks and showed me what parts to lubricate a couple times a year. He emailed a price for replacements when the time comes. Alex was informative and thorough.i appreciate all of his help thanks again Alex

We had them out a total of three times over the years. I cannot say enough about the service they give to their customers. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. They explain everything to you and do NOT try to sell you anything or up sale you. They are the "Publix" of the garage door companies! We pretty much replaced everything on our door, so we might not need them out for anything but an adjustment now, but we will be sure to use them again when we do. Thanks again (Alex R.)

Technician Jason showed up early despite driving distance. He seemed eager to handle a small but complicated fix, involving safety-sensors on our old Craftsman opener. He replaced the sensors just the way I asked, with no pressure to purchase anything else. Also checked the springs and balance of the door.

I chosed Precision out of the phone book. Boy what a great choice I made. Mark came and tried to fix the door which was not closing correctly. After trying several things ie: bad eyes and so forth he determined the door was in bad shape for multiple reasons. I opted to order a new door and John came to install it. He recommended I let him try to repair the current door which I agreed to. After his repair work the door works better than it has in over 20 years and was several hundred cheaper than a new one. Kudos to Mark and John for unbelievable service,courtesy and expertise. Wonderful experience for us. Highly recommend !!!!

I was very pleased with the fact that the technician that was sent to my home was very polite and friendly....he fixed the minor problem very quickly and also installed an insulation strip at the bottom of the garage door....being able to close my garage door came at just the right time, as an armadillo was headed for my open garage door this morning!

Called on Sat. PM. Was told tech would arrive between 2-5pm Sun. Shows up @ 6:30. After troubleshooting, said he needed parts and would return Mon @ 4:30. Calls at 5 says too tired today, will return Tues @ 4:30. Arrives 6:30. Works until 8:30. I have to work very early Wed. Tell him to finish next day. We’ll see. Despite time delays, really like John’s attitude and expertise. Also, why don’t billing amounts on estimate add up to total costs?

We apologize for the delays in getting to your home and resolving your problem. The technician explained that his previous job had been much more time consuming that thought and delayed his schedule greatly. WE strive to give each customer as much time is needed on every appointment to make sure the job is done correctly. In your case we let you down as we had to come back a second time. The technician stated he did try to work with you within any time constraints and that is why the return visit was moved. But in the end you were extremely happy with his work. We thank you for your business and hope in the future you will keep us in mind

Ok .. so first I was surprised that the costs was so much... but on evaluation of the costs, the service was a home run. fast, efficient , informative, and quality of workmanship.. all would get 5 stars.. it didn't because that would mean it's perfect... not perfect.. nothing meets that standard.. but this is as close as it gets... the service person was engaging, professional, friendly and no nonsense " get er done " attitude.. so . I would recommend your Company .. I had a torsional spring that broke and couldn't budge the door .. fixed in about an hour, good job all around .. this includes the gal I talked to, sharp and reactive.. good experience all around
