Bret fixed my broken garage door spring and is quite efficient. Nice to see a young skilled knowledgeable technician working for this company. I have ordered a new garage door opener from them too. They were not pushy about it all. Mine is quite old and I am in the process of fixing up my house. I did appreciate the truthful answers to my questions about top of the line performance.

Technician was horrible- had someone Else come in and re-do everything. Very inexperienced tech. He called for Help and they told him to leave! Called another company and they Made repair in 45 minutes!

I am sorry you felt this way. When the technicians run in to something they aren't comfortable repairing because in our opinion the repair will not help, they will reach out for second opinions to be sure, but in the end our technicians are highly trained and ethical enough to not work on something that repairs will not improve for the long term.

Today we had Alex R round to short out issues with door not opening or closing (intermittent fault), no set time for this fault to occur. During his time he he noticed that the springs we had about 5 months ago were not working as they should, he removed the existing springs and replaced with 2 more different springs, all OK now. He proceeded to fault find the intermittent issue with the door, he checked everything all the wires and adjusted the door to get a correct seal on the base - all is good and I would recommend Alex to everyone.

I called three companies to come and give me an estimate for a new garage door. All three were timely in arriving and providing me with their estimate. What stood out with Presion was their direct approach. Everything was laid out so there was no confusion and no deception. Even after reading excellent reviews, Alex exceeded expectations. He is professional, thorough and an excellent teacher as he goes through all aspects of the new equipment. He explained why new springs were necessary and at my request, discussed the upgrade options for a new motor and accessories. I opted to upgrade and all the necessary equipment and parts were on the truck. He programed all the new settings and downloaded the app and reviewed all the features.

I had Gaetano install new hurricane impact garage doors. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable and professional. He went over the contract before installing to be sure everything was what I had agreed on. His workmanship was very professional, after the install he went over everything to make sure I understood how everything operated and he even programmed my car to the keypad. Cleanup was very much appreciated, he inspected every part to verify all was operational. I highly recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for a professional team

Had an excellent discussion with Brett Owens, the Technician who came to my home. He explained everything that could be happening but most important was that my Garage door was now about 8 years old. In addition my door was considered large. Together we decided that my best option was to replace the springs. I was very pleased with everything. The springs were not broken but were nearing their lifetime, thus making it harder for the motor to open the door.

After your service tech was here and looked at the garage door opener he said that he could not get the part needed to repair the opener because your company does not work on over head brand and could not get the part to fix the opener. But he had no problem charging me _49.96 for telling me that. If you're company can only fix what you sell why don't you tell people up front so we don't waist our money on service calls that don't fix the problem. When I contacted your office I told the customer service person what the problem was and was told a service tech can figure out the problem. I sure was ripped off.

Our garage door spring broke at 4:45 a.m. on Saturday. We were headed to the airport to take our son back to Colorado. Luckily we had another car outside, or we would have really been in trouble. On the way home from the airport, we called another garage door company, and were told that because it was a Saturday we would be charged an additional $150 for them to come out. We decided to call you guys. We have seen your commercials on TV, and also hear them on the JOY FM. We were so happy to hear that you could come out and fix the problem! Service was great. We would recommend you to family and friends. No need to ever call anyone else.

Ok .. so first I was surprised that the costs was so much... but on evaluation of the costs, the service was a home run. fast, efficient , informative, and quality of workmanship.. all would get 5 stars.. it didn't because that would mean it's perfect... not perfect.. nothing meets that standard.. but this is as close as it gets... the service person was engaging, professional, friendly and no nonsense " get er done " attitude.. so . I would recommend your Company .. I had a torsional spring that broke and couldn't budge the door .. fixed in about an hour, good job all around .. this includes the gal I talked to, sharp and reactive.. good experience all around

EXCELLENT service!!! Tech showed up tight on time, was extremely knowledgeable, kind and efficient. I couldn’t have been more happy with the experience. Major issue was springs, but also updated rollers, replaced old broken eye and installed remote keypad. Door is amazingly quiet...like NEW!! 5 STAR!!

Alex came out to check out a noise the door was making upon closing. He checked the door from the springs to the rollers and found no real problems except normal wear. He informed me of what to look for when a spring or roller breaks and showed me what parts to lubricate a couple times a year. He emailed a price for replacements when the time comes.
