Fischer was great. We wanted to have a new storm strip installed on the bottom of the door. He showed me that the current strip was still in good condition and the problem was getting a good seal against the bricks. We had hoped that there was a thicker strip available but is isn't. I am familiar with Precision from its great reputation in PA. It is great to see that the service continues to be stellar in FLA. We will be calling again when need arise! By the way, your efforts to feature and introduce your teammates is very valuable. Thanks for having such great resources.

Fischer called before arriving, as requested, and was friendly and competent. He did a yearly maintenance inspection of our door, springs, etc. It took less that an hour and all was A-ok. It was a good experience.

We had an issue with one of our garage doors and the tech who came quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and then checked both doors for any other issues. He replaced some screws where needed but did not try to oversell. He was professional and personable, was on time and was in and out efficiently and quickly. Great customer service!!! Thank you for this service. Our garage would not extend to the fullest. They came out on a Sunday and performed an extensive test and it was repaired quickly. It is wonderful to find a company that provides excellent service at a very reasonable price. They did not charge us for this service call because the repair was minimal. Seth was very professional and had answers to every question I had. The pricing seemed fair and his presentation was well done and complete. The only thing I wish I could have had is a selection of windows that are slightly smaller in height than the 13" height (would have preferred something in the 8" height). I believe that the sizing is from the manufacturer and not from Precision. Seth also shared with us pictures of recently completed doors (with windows) and that helped us visualize what our end result would look like. We are looking forward to having the new garage door installed.
