My garage door was struggling to open but my Precision technician quickly pointed out that the spring had broken and the door was be opened by the relatively new garage door opener. He offered 3 solutions to the problem. All was resolved and fixed quickly and professionally! PLUS he offered to remove my old garage door open which had been cluttering up my garage for 2 years! That act of kindness was unexpected and very welcome!

We had Precision Door do repairs at our house in Venice. Naturally, when the garage doors in our new home in Osprey needed repair, we called Precision again. The service, from the call for the appointment to the repair, was seamless. The men who did the work presented themselves in a most neat and professional way. They immediately saw the problem, gave me an estimate and I okayed them to do the work which was done the same day. Great Job!

Garage door spring let go on the weekend.... Friend recommended Precision...Called Monday morning and spoke with very polite articulate friendly young lady at call center who's set me up with appointment on Tuesday. On Tuesday, Derek arrived AT THE SCHEDULED time, reviewed the door, explained CLEARLY what the issue was and provided several repair options. (Derek was also very friendly, polite, highly professional, well trained and respectful of Virus protocols.) After agreeing on repair options he completed the work in less than an hour. Door works great!!! This company should be the GOLD STAR EXAMPLE on how to conduct business!!!! FYI: I am NOT a robot or a BS paid reviewer, I'm just a satisfied customer who HIGHLY recommends this company!!!

Fischer was great. We wanted to have a new storm strip installed on the bottom of the door. He showed me that the current strip was still in good condition and the problem was getting a good seal against the bricks. We had hoped that there was a thicker strip available but is isn't. I am familiar with Precision from its great reputation in PA. It is great to see that the service continues to be stellar in FLA. We will be calling again when need arise! By the way, your efforts to feature and introduce your teammates is very valuable. Thanks for having such great resources.

Fischer called before arriving, as requested, and was friendly and competent. He did a yearly maintenance inspection of our door, springs, etc. It took less that an hour and all was A-ok. It was a good experience.

I think what I was most struck by was the ease and convenience of scheduling through the website's chat feature. I was able to open my calendar and coordinate with my spouse to make sure someone was home, all while watching my favorite show on TV. Furthermore, our technician showed up right when he said he would and sorted out our issue in 10 minutes. And, since there were no new parts and ver little labor, the repair was very inexpensive.
