Service man was very nice. He had no parts to fix my garage door even though the woman who took the call said the truck was fully stocked. I told her it was a non motorized door. Had my husband stay home all day waiting for appointment, so he went to Home Depot and got the parts and fixed himself. The dispatcher wrote up the problem as motor not working even though I told her it was a manually operated door

For some reason your service guy used self tapping screws to mount the new hinge resulting in the new hinge been mounted off center. He did not use the existing bolt and nut assemble nor did he leave them here. I am not sure if the off center mounting is causing the door to operate poorly. Granted it’s an old door but was operating very smoothly. I am in the market for a new garage door.

Our service repair person, Alex, perfectly within the window of time that I was given... actually earlier than later which I appreciated. I received a call ahead of time which is also very nice. He has been here before and has always been very professional, knowledgeable and completes the task without interruption. He is honest and not pushy but does recommend what is best for my issue. I would not hesitate to use Precision for any repairs or install on a new or existing garage door. They have always been forthright and do a great job.

With birthday party planned and vehicle stuck in the garage they came to the rescue Tech fixed it fast and made sure all parts are working properly. Alex was great. He called ahead, showed up on time and quickly solved my problems, which included a garage door that only worked intermittently and a key pad that didn't work at all. He also did a great job of explaining how the door worked, what stressed it and showed me how to do a better job of routinely maintaining my hurricane door.
