I needed a new outside pad to open the garage.Joe called to say he was coming. When he arrived he inspected the entire door and found it to be in good working order.He installed the new pad and also was able to fix my remote that was not working.

Joe --- The service tech. who came out is the same guy who installed our new system last year. If he is not the most helpful, courteous and friendly guy on earth he has to be in the top ten. Precision is the most, reliable vendor I have used to any service in Naples Florida. And by the way, because they had just installed this system last year, there was no charge for the adjustment and maintenance inspection. Just terrific.

I was delighted with Precision! First, the receptionist who spoke to me when I called showed some enthusiasm for helping me out (your competitors do not!) and set a time right in the same day! Then Joe came out here, well within the time frame, and instantly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Everything works now, and I'm assured it will be safe for years to come. Give the company and Joe (technician) a 5 star rating for a job well done. Our only disappointment, although small was having to wait 2 days for service (your servicemen were overly busy when we called). If we need additional service, we will most surely request your return. I especially liked the fact that all supplies for the repair were already loaded in the service truck. It makes for a much better job well done when everything is available without having to go back to the shop for repair items. Give Joe a special thanks for his upbeat attitude and great workmanship.
