Had Precision update rollers and seal at bottom of door in May. Great service and job well done. Unfortunately, paint from floor attached to seal making a little struggle when door opened. Called yesterday; they showed up today and had issue addressed promptly. Learned that they stand by their work and they are ready to take care of any problems that may arise.

It's only been installed for a day, but we are super happy with the product and the service. Leigh was the installer; he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to my satisfaction and answer all my questions. I rate this overall as 5, the best. This is the quietest and smoothest operating garage door opener that I have EVER seen! I would recommend it to any and all. We had the new belt drive PDS800 opener installed and nylon rollers. Well worth the price!
