I was told they would be there between 10 and 2pm and they were there at 9:00am Nobody comes on time nevemind early, They fixed the problem. cordinated car, clicker and code outside garage to all work in opening door. Sprayed the door so it was not as noisey. I was very pleased,

Precision Door Service was actually recommended to me by the service company I had always used. Joseph Askew, the service rep. who arrived, and his assistant, were very professional and courteous. Joe, quickly determined what the problem was and explained it to me. We then discussed the choices I had for the repair with an estimate for each. I made the choice and they, in a timely manner made the repairs.

Excellent and prompt service. Technician could have come out same day as my call, but I had a conflict. Came the next day and repaired my door promptly. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend them. I had called another company and they told me first of the week and never called to schedule appointment. My technician was Justin. good job and came early instead of running late like you usually get. Went to D and D garage doors first as they installed it years ago. The service this time was terrible. Promised to be there all day and then told me to reschedule at 5pm after waiting and calling all day. This service went smoothly and on time!
