Excellent and prompt service. Technician could have come out same day as my call, but I had a conflict. Came the next day and repaired my door promptly. Friendly and professional. Your service is great !!! I called and received a service technician the next day. Lee arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He analyzed the problem and suggested a solution, gave me a quote which was very reasonable. After completing the repair, he noticed that the bearings were worn and suggested replacing them. He gave me a quote which was very reasonable and basically did the entire job over again and did not charge me any extra labor only for the parts needed. If I have a need in the future, I would definitely call them again. Dependable, knowledgeable, and reasonable prices.

My garage door was "sinking" about a foot, after opening it. Joe A. came, assessed the problem immediately and recommended a "Tune and Lube," which he did, and it appears to have solved the problem. He also suggested a Tune and Lube (maintenance) every year. I will put that on my calendar for January, 2022. Joe was efficient, and very respectful.
