Technician was prompt, courteous, efficient and informative. He said that the LED bulb I had installed in the light box on the opener may have caused the performance of the remotes. I have since changed out the bulb to a regular incandescent. He tested the remotes before he left, and all worked well. The installation of the bottom gasket for the garage door went smoothly and seals properly and looks good. We will not hesitate to call again, should any situation arise with our garage door and its operation. Thanks Larry and Jan Steuber

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because I had another company give me a quote and theirs was for $1,560. Your quote was $1,907. Now I don't understand how the other company is able to charge so much less than yours. I received a very informative quote from a very knowledgeable and pleasant individual!!! Great overall experience (office staff / schedulers / technician), I would recommend just off that. But wait there’s more, my Garage Door Opener was 20 years old, replaced with new updated Lift-Master, super quiet out of the box. Included everything needed. I wanted to updated rollers to Noise reducing nylon. Tom the tech, was super cool, showed us how to operate and discussed features. Great over all experience, you pay for what you get, but they are very competitive priced.

We had precision door replace our old door about 3 yrs ago. New door laughed at hurricane Ian. No issues. Had them return to perform a maintenance tuneup. No issues found just a little tweak is all that was required. The tech was professional and friendly. Love this company

I would recommend Precision Door to anyone that needs the service…and I have! From the time of the initial call for an appointment to when the technician shows up in your driveway, everyone involved is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. My technician, DeAndre, was excellent. He took his time in trying to figure out what was going on with the garage door, the codes and the opener and in about 30 minutes had me back in business. All in all, I was completely satisfied from top to bottom. Good Job!

Had a appointment for Tuesday May 30th between 4:00pm and 8:00pm. Left work early to be home by 4:00, waited and no one came. At 9:00pm I received a call from I think the service guy and he said he was running late (obviously he didn't know until 9:00 that he was running late). He asked me if I still wanted him to come, I said no but have the office call me to reschedule. It's now 2 days later and have not received a call.

Just moved into a new home and the garage door needed some TLC. A bottom seal and new rollers along with a newly installed keyless entry panel did the trick! The service technician did a wonderful job and I couldn't be any happier with the service! Thank you:-)

Service Tech was excellent. One thing I can say is that usually when you contract a service call, the service call charge is usually waived if you have services performed. In the case of Precision, this is not true so that was a disappointment.

We just closed on our used hone, new to us, but not moving in yet. I saw the company's recent TV ads so I scheduled an appointment a week or two ago for general service of the garage door because it was making a lot of noise. My appointment was for 10:00 - 2:00. I went to our new home at 9:30 hoping that maybe I would see the tech closer to 10:00 than to 2:00. I was wrong! At 1:50 I called the main office to get a status on my appointment. It took the man quite some time to find me in their system but he finally got back to me and said the tech would call. At 2:00 the tech called and said he was on a job that was taking longer than expected but would be at our home in 30-60 minutes. So, when I had not heard from him and it was now ninety (90) minutes later I called him to cancel my order but he said he was nine minutes away. I told him I would meet him in the driveway and I did. He sat in his truck and didn't get out for more than five minutes even though he saw me. When he finally got out of his truck it didn't take him long before he knew I was upset. I asked him if he ever intended to call me and he said yes but only after he was on his way. I suggested to him it might be more appropriate to call when he knew he would not arrive before 2:00. He lubricated my door, programmed our cars to the opener and did it quickly. He did give me a discount but it was meaningless at that time. I always give my vendors a generous tip but not in this case. What I did learn from this six plus hours of waiting in an empty home is who I will call the next time I need service.

We are very pleased with our new garage door. The Precision team were so understanding with several delays, storm, vacation etc.. Once we had the install date we were given Lucas and Daniel as our installation techs. They did a fantastic job, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They cleaned everything up and went over the details of the install etc.. I made a call to Precision to set up a service date. The tech called a 1/2 hour before he arrived; assessed what needed to be done to get our garage doors to stop "creaking"! He gave us a few options with the pricing and we made the decision to have the bearings replaced on our 2 car garage door. He indicated the 3rd garage door bearing was still in good shape. He was very efficient and we are very pleased with the service and attention to detail.

Your rep called me as soon as she heard your tech had a personal issue and would not be able to come; and she made another appointment. She represented you well/ 4. Your tech Mike arrived the next day at the appointed window. He represented you well. He made a complete inspection and determined what I needed; gave me an estimate, and did the job. Mike is AAA#1. 5. I have Precision Garage Door Service in my list to recommend to friends.

I made a service call on Sunday and the phone was answered and I was quickly given an appointment for Monday. The technician indicated he could start my job 90 minutes before the appointment and asked if it was okay. Keyandre was very courteous and assessed the job. He had concerns due to the type of installation in that it was something Precision did not do. He asked for 10 minutes to determine options, contacted his office for assistance, and came back with a solution. He worked continuously in a hot garage since the door could not be opened and over a parked car. He completed the job in about two hours, went through with me what he did and why he did it. He was neat in how he worked, did some tune up on the opener, and asked me if I had any questions. Although it was difficult to assess the price as fair, coincidentally a neighbor's door also broke the day after mine. He had a local person provide a quote which was initially $500 higher than what he agreed to finally charge after he saw the Precision truck at the bottom of my driveway. I can only assume the price was fair since Precison's truck alone got my neighbor a discount! I was very pleased and will recommend Precision to my neighbors and on the community Nextdoor app.

I called for a service call and technician came next day with a call to notify me that he was on his way. I had a backup battery that was beeping and was about to die. Kyandre, technician, knew what to do and had my problem solved within minutes. He was polite and took time to show me how to operate the wall unit for the clock setting which I had forgotten how to do. Precision put in my garage door 2 years ago and I have been very pleased with their company.
