I used Precision door once before and was extremely pleased so I knew it would be done properly. The tech was very good and nice to talk to. He fixed the problem with the small door very quickly. I asked him to check my double door and he suggested I replace the rollers. He did it so fast. I can’t believe how quiet it is now. Thanks very much.

We have a recent installed Precision garage door. The door suddenly starting making the most screeching sound and we let Precision know. An appointment was made and the service repair person arrived. I chose Precision for my recent repair because they installed my new garage door after Ian damaged it. They responded quickly and assessed what was wrong quickly and fixed it. The man (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) also gave me advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. We need a bottom seal for our garage door. Called Precision and got an appointment right away. The technician, Mike, called to let us know he was 10 minutes out from our home. He was on time, looked at the door, and then explained what needed to be done and provided us the cost. He worked quickly and provided great service. Would highly recommend the company and our technician, Mike!! Since the door seal was not listed in the purchase list, we selected cables.

I previously had your company install a overhead door equipment to include the motor, springs, hinges where needed, rollers etc. The charge was $1558.95 The technician did a good job and charged me a reasonable price. Today, I requested Precision Service for a bracket that had pulled lose from the door, the main bracket that opens and closes the door. I was very irritated by the $160 charged for replacing a bracket.....probably a $15 part, and it took him about a half hour and charged me$160 for that portion.....and the more insulting part was after he quoted me the price to replace the bracket, he said and the Service Call was $70,99 for a total of $239,99 for a half hour of work and a very simple part. I will not be using Precision Garage Door again. I don't mind paying for service, but I do mind being ripped off.

We had maintenance done on our garage door. Mike was our technician who was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We were worried about the age of our garage door springs and the door getting noisy. The springs are not as old as we originally thought and Mike explained in detail, both sides of replacement or not. We decided to wait on replacement; when finished, door is working almost like new. Very impressed with Precision and realize, without replacement, might be short lived. We will be using Precision for our spring replacement when the time comes, and any future issues.

I called your company for a bid on a new insulated garage door for my home. Michael arrived at the designated time. I explained to him what I needed,he did his measurements gave me a quote for what I thought we discussed for $2,800. I called him later to move forward with my project and confirm everything. Bam! He told me that was not the price for an insulated door! So I asked him what is the price,he said $4,800. Obviously he didn't listen to me and what I wanted to buy. Very disappointed.
