I am so impressed. Called for service and 10 minutes later the technician called and was on his way. Mark arrived 20 minutes after my initial call to Precision, assessed the problem, advised needed repairs and got to work. All the while he was courteous, informative and upfront about costs and reasons for suggested upgrades. Upgraded springs, rollers and opener reinforcement bracket. I definitely recommend Precision! Even asked for extra business cards to give to friends. :-)

The service person alerted me he could come earlier than scheduled, which was appreciated. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He quickly studied the situation, diagnosed the problem, and presented the solution options. He explained the options and then had me decide. He did not push for more than was needed, which I really did appreciate. When he finished the new opener installation, he patiently explained how everything worked. Net, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend Precision to others.

Ryan was our service technician and he was even earlier than the original time frame given, I was home so him being early was fantastic. When he arrived my husband and I decided to get a whole new system and Ryan only took about an hour to uninstall and reinstall the new belt drive opener. We are very happy with Ryan's service and professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you for having such amazing service and servie techs.

My garage door opener was not functioning properly in that the door would not come down. Lee, the Precision technician, explained the cause of the problem and mentioned options. I opted to have a chain driven opener replaced with a new belt drive Lee was very professional, courteous and left the garage clean. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a garage door repair.

Click here to write a review on our website. Well I will write the review knowing it will never make your website. What attracted me to your company? 1. Same day service, but that did not happen. Waited 3 days for service. 2. Price, but not at first. The first price I was given was high, but then your office called me back with a better price so I said yes. 3. Service: You sent me an email to confirm my appointment but the address was all wrong. I mean all wrong. Street name number and city, all wrong so I called back. As soon as the tech arrived he told me the price quoted was wrong. The price doubled back to the original price. The tech apparently had xray vision because he advised me of this even before he saw my broken spring. I should have simply chased him off. Zero stars is what I would give for a rating but that option was not offered! I won’t be calling again. Regards, Gregg Sundeen
