Tech, came out, I explained the problem, He said lets try a new remote. Pulled a new remote out of the box, hit the learn button on the opener, would not program, said you need a new door opener. I said how much, and he said $569.00 installed. I said let me think about it, he said okay and left. Sent me an invoice for $69.95. Was at my house for maybe 15 minutes. I checked with D&D garage door and they could install a new door opener for $325.00. Also said they could send a tech to fix my current door opener. I said, interesting. I checked with home depot and found a brand new Genie garage door opener just like the one I had for $205.00. I opted for the opener from Home Depot. I'm pretty sick of company's trying to rip people off. My advice is to shop around. Thanks, Paul

tHEY CAME EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED WHICH WAS GOOD FOR ME. IT WAS AN EASY FIX DONE QUICKLY. AT FIRST SOME COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS AS TO THE ORIGINAL INSTALLERS ....BUT ITS FIXED AND THAT'S WHAT WE NEEDED....THANKS FOR BEING QUICK ON THE RESPONSE!

Upon our return after being away for some time our double garage door was berely working and then failed completely. Precion sent Jason a terrific technician early the next morning. He installed a new properly powered motor, belt drive replacing a loud outdated drive, replaced worn out rollers and re balanced the springs. The door works perfectly, is now super quiet. The pricing considering the prompt service, quality product and outstanding technician was fair and a good value.

The garage door technician Gaetano was fantastic. He was professional, timely, courteous and did whatever he could to assist us. Due to his knowledge we are now going to have reinforcements put on our garage door and the insulation removed. Kudos to the services he performed for us. If we ever need anything relating to our garage door we are coming back to Precision Door Service. Definitely five stars.

I was scheduled for Friday afternoon noon - four. No one showed up. I called and the lady said they had double booked the service man. They rescheduled me for the next day and dropped the service call fee. It would have been nice if someone would have called me Friday so I didn't waste 1/2 my day waiting around. The service rep showed up Sat. was very professional and did a great job. Let me know what he was doing and why. Overall was very satisfied with the service but not with the scheduling process. Tom

I called about the ad on tv for wave of service call to see what was wrong with our remote on the outside of the garage. Found out it was the remote and we needed a new one. Because of our limited income from social security we couldn't afford it right now. Mark said we had to pay the service call because we didn't get anything done. we had to spend over $100.00 to have it waved. That wasn't what the ad said. Very disappointed with your company. We wouldn't recommend your company to anyone because of the misrepresentation of the tv ad

My problem was addressed immediately and I thank you for that. However, the technician was not informed of your latest offer of a free service call if parts were involved. I was charged for the service call and was told to call the office to negotiate. I frankly didn't have the time. Where I'm at now is that my garage door has been inconsistent with a full closure.
