We had called to have the bottom seal on the bottom of the door replaced… However your company did not replace the type we have.(slide in). We did have Mark do a tuneup and it seems that the door is running a little more smoothly and closing a little better than it previously had. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable and we are very satisfied with his work. We called your company after seeing your ads on TV, reading reviews, as well as checking the BBB. We will definitely call your company for future repairs.

After an initial scheduling miscommunication, Precision rectified the problem immediately and a technician arrived within 20 minutes. Jason M was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He repaired the wiring issue on the garage door opener quickly and cleaned up the area before leaving. I will certainly use Precision again and recommend them as well.

First of all, I called at 6 pm the day before and was able to get an appointment the next day for a technician to come out to my house. Having dealt with not being able to open my garage door from both cars and outside keypad for a year, I was ready to have it working again! Jason was extremely knowledgeable and understanding. He was easy to talk to and always had an answer to any question I had! He was able to repair my issue and even paired both cars to the system! Would recommend Precision to my family and friends! The spring on our double-wide garage door broke making it immovable and we called Precision for help. The call was answered by a friendly voice who was very professional in providing information and setting up an appointment. We scheduled a repair for the following day and the service tech, Lee Stanziale, arrived right on time. We could not be more pleased with the repair or the very affable and skilled work Lee did to ensure that our door was repaired and functioning properly. It was not easy but Lee went above and beyond to get it right. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing a door or with a garage door problem - actually we already have! If you want great service ask for Lee - I'm sure their service techs are all excellent but we were doubly impressed with Lee. Good value and great results! Thanks!
