I called yesterday, and the service tech was out in less than 24 hours today and they fixed while there as they carry all needed parts on the truck! Great Quick Service all at a good reasonable price. I highly recoommmend this company for all of you garage door needs! 10 stars !!!!!

My door would stop mid-close or open. Mark came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for a new door and motor. He got the door working for now with a few adjustments. He did not charge me for today's visit! :)

Jason showed up the same day and fixed the garage door that I had bumped with a car. He had it operating again in one hour with a minimum of cost. He suggested replacing the lift motor & chain since they were about 15 years old. I am now good for another 20 years. Terry

The installer who came out was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, even though a VERY detailed description of what I needed was given to the call center they did not convey that information and so it was a wasted trip for the tech and a wasted day for me waiting for the appointment. I believe they will do an excellent job once they actually get to do what I wanted based on the great advice given to me by the installer.

Jason was very helpful & explained to me that what could of caused my garage door problems. He looked everything over & could not find anything wrong with it now! He reprogrammed all the remotes & keyless door pad! He didn’t charge for a service call because he found nothing wrong! Never had a garage door open on the garage door. After living in the home for 28 years we decided to ask for a cost to purchase and have one installed. Mark did a good job installing the opener. The only question I have is WHY was I charged a "Service Call" of $49.95? There was no replacement or repair with this service. Disappointed on that hidden cost. Thank you.

Joseph Askew and his partner showed up early and gave me a courtesy call before with his ETA. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. I've had the springs replaced twice on my door, he checked them out and said they were under sized. He explained why and i agreed. When they break the next time, I am definitely having them replaced by him. No more bargain shopping.

Excellent service!!!! The springs broke and we were barely able to lift the 500lb. Hurricane proof door. We were able to get Precision to come out the next morning (even though it was the weekend). The Technician (Jason McCray) was extremely knowledgeable , courteous and explained everything to us , which allowed us to make the right decision.
