The installer who came out was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, even though a VERY detailed description of what I needed was given to the call center they did not convey that information and so it was a wasted trip for the tech and a wasted day for me waiting for the appointment. I believe they will do an excellent job once they actually get to do what I wanted based on the great advice given to me by the installer.

Jason was very helpful & explained to me that what could of caused my garage door problems. He looked everything over & could not find anything wrong with it now! He reprogrammed all the remotes & keyless door pad! He didn’t charge for a service call because he found nothing wrong! I would definitely call this company again when I replace my garage door opener & install a more wind resistant garage door! Thank you

Never had a garage door open on the garage door. After living in the home for 28 years we decided to ask for a cost to purchase and have one installed. Mark did a good job installing the opener. The only question I have is WHY was I charged a "Service Call" of $49.95? There was no replacement or repair with this service. Disappointed on that hidden cost. Thank you.

Joseph Askew and his partner showed up early and gave me a courtesy call before with his ETA. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. I've had the springs replaced twice on my door, he checked them out and said they were under sized. He explained why and i agreed. When they break the next time, I am definitely having them replaced by him. No more bargain shopping.

Excellent service. My garage opener was 20 yrs old. Technician gave me 3 price options for repairs. He did not push the highest option. Simply explained each option. I as a 69 yr old person appreciate that type of consideration. Was able to install a new motor and repairs all wheels within 1 hour.

Had lightning strike that fried electric panel. Tech replaced the circuit board, rollers, and installed new bottom seal. Technician was professional, courteous and practiced safe distancing and wore a mask. It was clear he had a great deal of knowledge about the work, and demonstrated that by the very efficient and timely manner he completed the work. Was quite surprised at the quietness of the door opening and closing after roller replacement and lubrication.Would not hesitate to recommend Precision. 5 Stars!

Jason -called ahead of time --was ahead of time for appointment --- and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable... .....and did a damn great job in educating me and explaining the problem ( door lifting partially due to broken spring) and solution (replacement of both springs). ** 4 1/2 stars --- would be 5 stars --but cost is a factor

I would rate Precision at a rate of 4. My garage door wasn't working and a neighbor recommended Precision. I called to arrange a service call. The phone call interaction was pleasant and professional. The representative went out of her way to arrange the service as soon as possible. The service individual contacted me before arriving. He came prepared to fix the problem. During his assessment of the garage, he was thorough and honest. He expressed that he couldn't fix the issue because it wasn't Precision's product. Then, he gave me a suggestion on what to do going forward. This type of professionalism is what I look for in a company. Sadly, I couldn't use Precision but based on my interaction with employees, I would recommend them to others.

I saw your commercial on tv and decided to check you out on line. I found nothing but very good reviews so I gave you a call. An appointment was made for the next morning. The tech that came out was Mac. What a nice guy. He looked over my garage door opener problem and explain in detail what was needed for the repair. Mac fixed my problem in no time and now my garage door works better then before. Mac did a GREAT job. You’ve got a customer for life now.
