A spring broke on our garage door last night, essentially locking my car in the garage. We called Precision last evening. The customer service rep did a good job taking the information, put us on the schedule for today, and gave us a time to expect the technician. The technician was on time, accurately described the problem and provided several solutions with complete explanations. The work was completed in record time, and all is well with our opener and door. I was impressed with Precision from the initial call to the completed job. I felt the cost for the quality of the work and materials was fair, and I was impressed with how quickly they responded. I would recommend Precision to anyone with garage door problems.

From the moment I called Precision Door on Monday, 9/25 to schedule an appt. I knew that I had made the right choice. Sheree was very thorough with my call and extremely courteous. Precision Door had availability that day, but I chose to have the appt for Wed., 9/27. This appt was for my 93 yr father. Appt. time was scheduled for/between 2:00-6:00. At 1:30, I received a call from Brian, the Service Tech saying he will be at my dad's by 2:00. Novell idea to be on time....Amazing!!! Brian should be cloned for his professionalism, attention to detail and amazing customer service. He explained to us the options, we decided and within 1.5 hours, the job was complete. Brian had a challenge since my dad's garage door opener, remotes, outside key pad and sensors were 20 years old!! I am in the customer service industry and find that it is SO important to give recognition where and when due. Thank you again for everyone who had a part in this. I will refer, refer and refer. We have a D & D Garage Door Automatic setup. The spring broke on Tuesday September 19th. D & D could not schedule before Wednesday September 27th. From the phone call to set up an appointment for a repair person come to our home, to coming out and giving us a price for the repairs, to then being able to do the repairs and give us clear instructions about the new product, our experience with Prestige Garage Doors was excellent. After a slow decline in my garage door operation finally decided to get it repaired or if need be replaced. Having the parts to my old one being discontinued which I had already checked my service person after discussing the options decided to install a new opener. Service man was not professional or cooperative. Left the garage a mess and when asked if he was going to clean it up he first asked for a blower and then he said it was too wet to clean up. Left with the garage a mess and no apologies. The work performed was adequate but the attitude and professionalism was not.The job was to replace the bottom seal on the garage door. Price for service call plus the seal was too high, especially considering the service man.

What an outstanding experience. From the appointment set up to final completion this was an amazing experience. In today’s world companies just do not value customer service the way Precious does. It’s great to see service from the old days. Brian came out, evaluated our situation and gave me 3 options. We had a broken spring but were considering upgrading our door to a higher wind mitigation door and Brian made a few suggestions and took care of fixing my broken spring and upgraded my existing door to perfection. Doug came out on Monday and did an inspection of our door. The spring was broken and a few other things were worn. He explained that they needed replaced for safety reasons. Had him install a new opener while he was here. price seemed a little high but he was very thorough with the installation and helping to set up our system. No complaints.

My garage door was groaning terribly; called Precision Door Service and got an appt for the very same day. Sisher, the technician was polite and knowledgeable. He took care of lubricating the springs and rollers. Within an hour my door sounded so much better/quieter.
