Outstanding service! My garage doors are old and in generally sad shape, but the thing that got me to call for service was the motor on one of them finally failed. Precision was out at my house the very next morning. Fischer was very courteous and professional, knew exactly what needed to be done, and he did it in record time. Wish I could say the same about my doctors. I would definitely work with this company again anytime!

Justin showed up right on time and proceeded to give me 3 options for replacing our 12 year old door opener. He explained the benefits of the 3 and after making my choice he was able to complete the job in 2 hours. He then took the time to set up the myQ app on my phone which allows me use the opener remotely I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone looking for a quality job at a reasonable price. How FORTUNATE to get Justin as my door tech twice!! Besides looking like Josh Groban, he was professional, informative, and personable!! After I used them last year for a breakdown, I was trying to avoid another due to age and wear and tear! Justin was no pressure, gave me an estimate, and didn’t try to ram a sales down my throat!! I definitely will be calling Precision to remodel my garage door in the bit so far future!! These guys are A GREAT COMPANY!!!!

They responded quickly to our repair needs. Justin was right on time. As for the cost aspect, it seemed a bit high to replace my springs . I have had them replaced before at our previous house and it was around 450. It cost 600 today. Good company but you might want to shop around for a lower price as it was definitely on the high side.

We had used Precision previously for a new garage door and were very satisfied with their work. We contacted the office on a Sunday afternoon and were able to get an appointment the next day. Brian Fixter was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. He gave us options, answered questions and installed the new garage opener. Our’s was a simple matter relating to the keypad opener, but it was attended to quite pleasantly by Fisher, who also took the time to inspect the door, springs and rollers which may require additional attention in the coming years. Options to consider were provided . Great experience!
