I requested maintenance on the garage door and when he did that he did not say that my garage door openers would not work or better yet make sure the garage openers that worked before he did the maintenance would work afterward. Now I will have spent the holidays without a working garage opener and have to wait five days to have him back to fix a problem that should never have been created.

My garage door broke unexpectedly on a Thursday night, and I was unable to pull it down manually, which meant my garage door was open that night. I called Precision, and they were able to get to my house the next day and repair my garage door and install new cables and brackets. I felt their fees were very reasonable, and Seth did great work. I will post on nextdoor.com how my garage door holds up in the next few months, but feel great that I called Precision and got great service from Seth!

Disinterested Technican seemed not willing to solve the problem. Hands looked covered in oil and sat into a brand new car in his work clothes without any cover on seat. Bad experience, and exactly the opposite to the previous service call.

Gaetano and his assistant were very professional and courteous. They were extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent replacement of the garage door opener including the wall mount opener and helped synced the openers in both cars. I would definitely recommend them for future service.

I was very pleased with the prompt service and advise. Alex was not one bit pushing after I said not now after recommending new springs as a proventive measure. Their service call charge of $29.95 plus $10 fuel charge sure beats a $75 service charge that I was quoted by another company. I would definately refer them to family and friends.

They especially appreciated the "helper" stickers after the work was done. He arrived within the time window provided when I made the appointment (which was also the same day, on a Saturday!). He made a courtesy phone call when he was about 20 minutes away, which I appreciated. He also gave me some important tips for keeping the door in good condition. I had to have a new garage door opener installed. Although it was not pleasant spending the money, Gaetano's professionalism and personality made it a little less painful. We had trouble with a bolt having fallen out from the overhead mechanism. The tech immediately spotted the problem was with the torsion spring assembly and explained fully what needed to be done to correct it but also the implications of not having anything done, which could have been very severe, so we had got there in the nick of time! Having spent a while fixing the immediate problem he then went on to identify and correct numerous other issues, which the previous outfit had missed, so well done Precision. Thorough, very personable technicians and slick service, thanks.
