Mark arrived on time and was professional, polite and knowledgeable. We talked for a few minutes to review my door issues and then he went right to work on his estimate. Mark suggested some general maintenance needed on the door as we discussed the estimate. With agreement from me, Mark started the needed repairs and he was done before I knew it. With the work completed , Mark explained everything he did that day and also discussed potential concerns he found with the opener in the future. I was very pleased with Mark and will be sure to call Precision for any future garage door repairs

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE AND FOUND TECHNICIAN MARK TO BE FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PROBLEM AND DID A QUICK AND EFFICIENT REPAIR FOR US. HE POINTED OUT THAT THE LIFT CABLES WERE FRAYED AND IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT AND HAD HIM DO THOSE AS WELL, DUE TO IT BEING A SAFETY ISSUE.

You will be given excellent service and the service call price is lower than other companies by a substantial savings. Gaetano was my Tech and he is awesome! My garage door previously cost me quite a bit of money with another company with them replacing parts that had nothing to do with the problem, so I will only use Precision!

The serviceman Gaetano was curteous and polite. He explained what he was doing and told me up front what the cost would be. He not only did an excellent job but it did not take him long to complete the work. He made sure I would be able to lift the garage door if I had to. He did make it lighter for me. Precision Gets a well deserved 5 star rating from me. We have had another company come twice and still the same problem persisted. As if that were not frustrating enough the other companies representative was very rude and implied that I was the problem. Precision came, diagnosed the problem and fixed it all within a half hour AND the problem was resolved. Out technician was not only knowledge, and efficient, but he was kind and actually smiled! Mark wax the complete package and I would welcome him back anytime. Thank you Precision !!
