I wish dealing with every contractor was as quick and painless as this- Ryan was here five minutes early and got the job done quickly (installing a key-pad and reprogramming remotes for us at our new home)- He also inspected the door and all parts to be sure there was nothing problematic on the horizon and he was completely finished less than forty minutes later. First rate experience!

I had a previous very bad experience with a different company that was costly with shoddy workmanship that resulted in on-going and new problems with my Garage Doors repeatedly not working. The previous company did not stand by their warranty and was going to charge an $85.00 service call to look at the work they had done 10 days before and see what the issues were. Precision came out and was able to take care of the problem in a matter of minutes and I was not told that there were any parts needed or any costly repair. I was so relieved to have a very small service call charge and very kind, courteous, professional and HONEST technician come to the rescue. I will highly recommend Precision as a company of INTEGRITY with awesome staff and service. You deserve 100 stars and I thank you and want to say that my technician , Gaetano, represents your company beyond what you expect. He exceeds with the best customer service and people interaction skills that I have seen in a long time.
